Sophie Red Hotel and Onshore Restaurant

Incredible view. Cleaners should be fired. Bathroom was filthy. Fridge had mold in it. The food in the restaurant was fantastic although slow to order. I understand slow service as covid is a problem, but there is no reason for rooms to not be clean.

Need to make sure room is clean.. toilet must smell good. AC must be clean... dusty

it has a nice swimming pool. but the other management is very poor. my room has a broken refrigerator and safebox

Staffs are nice, well mannered and assertive.
