Sophie Red Hotel

Very bad staff (especially the old woman🤢👵) they do not know how to entertain their guests (like not letting u use the comfort room or turning off the ac just to save energy etc) and they are very low mannered.... But they have good food and a nice refreshing swimming pool but I do not recommend this hotel if u want a good experience👎💩

nice view, pool is a very cloudy and chlorinated. beach is clesr except on high tides and with lots of plastics!! very expensive and poor food selections. the ones in charge of the check-in have different answers regarding room rates and extra beddings. changed my rating.

Excellent 5 Star Resort ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Pools and Restaurants!

LITTLE FOOD, LOW MAINTENANCE, POOR SERVICE, TOO EXPENSIVE! The day we checked in, there were still guests in the room, and when we did get into the rooms, the bed sheets and covers were WRINKLY and were most likely used and DIRTY. The toilet in the room we stayed in had NO SEAT COVER, and the drainage system in the shower wasn't of quality; sequentially, FLOODING the shower. The pools did not have any MARKINGS as to how deep they were, posing a serious hazard for children. The floor surrounding the pools were SLIPPERY. The pools themselves were very CLOUDY, and after inquiry, are said to be CLEANED (filtered) only ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH! A lot of the food on their menu are UNAVAILABLE and, the ones that are, AREN'T WORTH THEIR COST. More than half of the items on their menu are unavailable. It was acceptable that their shakes were unavailable, but once, we asked for SERVICE WATER and were told that we'd have to wait until the morning after for it. The guests sitting at a table next to us complained about their rice seeming to be cold enough to be uncooked and suspected the platter to be left-overs. The "onshore", by the onshore restaurant, had steps that would go down the sea which was convenient if it weren't for the RUST covering it entirely. When we went down and swam by the restaurant, we noticed a PIPE that was constantly SPEWING some sort of LIQUID directly into the sea underneath the structure. Their PARKING space for the in-house guests aren't readily available due to the walk-in guests, and you don't get a reserved spot if you have a room. Their RECEPTIONISTS don't seem to have as much experience with their jobs and are unprofessional, as they can't handle the guests and their requests very well. The people in charge of room service DIDN'T KNOW THEIR MENU well and had to be corrected after offering us Spanish Bread which was actually French Bread. We found ourselves leaving the place for an entire day, looking for a different place to spend our vacation.
