Food here is the best!!! Brown rice is the best... And the small fish is to die for.. Actually me and my family always stop over to eat here.. Plus stuff here are very friendly and courteous to elderlies.. Bathrooms are always clean and always has water. Potable water is also available. And you can also grab pasalubong and deserts here Enjoy eating and safe trip😊😋

A quaint native-themed eatery which serves tasty and inexpensive home-cooked dishes. It's an ideal midway mealstop if you're going to or coming from the Bicol Region.

This food house and restaurant is worth the travelers splurge of native food...price is really friendly and cheaper, you can enjoy and fill your heart's content with local and seldom served veggies like inseladang pako (fern salad) with matching healthy brown rice... the resto is also in Gumaca along the Maharlika Hi-way.. the only resto we stopped by everytime we travel far south..highly recommended for folks with the heart of the countryside

Bahay ni lolo Ompo is a roadside restaurant conveniently situated on the hillside beside the national highway. Mostly, their diners are travelers heading to the Bicol region. They offer delicious local dishes with servings that is more than enough to satisfy the tired and hungry travelers. No airconditioning and no Wi-Fi here, just cool clean mountain air. The staff is friendly, I will definitely come back.

3 generations of my family have stopped, rested, and eaten at Lolo Ompo when we go to Bicol from Manila. Very happy to see it still there yesterday. The filipino food always takes me back to delicious, simple, and good memories. Don't expect aircon and fancy food. This place is simple and welcomes you by matching the ambience of being in the province.
