Billing personnel Ms Ems Emmanuel, and Ms Tina Almazora were not aware of RA 9439. I am already in contact with DOH regarding their UNLAWFUL detention of patients in hospitals and medical clinics on grounds of nonpayment of hospital bills or medical expenses.

Facility: 3/5 - Facility is equipped for most patient needs however waiting area is cramped and not enough for every patient to sit in. Service Experience: 2/5 - HMO patients were set aside during check-up, with cash paying patients prioritized regardless of patient time arrival. Check-up Proper: 4/5 - The doctor was pleasant and very accommodating. It also came across that the doctor knew what he was doing and was able to explain it to us clearly.
