After years of riding this train I was able to see improvements at least a little bit of improvement.
The waiting area is clean. Sadly it lacks chairs which can help those persons with special needs.
The staffs in my experience is okay. They can answer your questions properly.
The train. Well, as expected since it is a mass transpo you'll squeezed most of the time.
Sometimes, AC is not working so prepare yourself a face towel and hand fan.
So far, I like how the Duterte administration do their thing in terms of improving the mass transpo.
