City Hall of Dasmariñas

I went there today to pay our real property taxes which we usually do every end of the year. Although i do know there will be some changes due to protocols, but it seems frustrating that we were not allowed to pay our taxes for 2021 because they say they reached their cutoff number of 300 people, they should have given ample consideration since there were a lot of people like me who are responsible citizens who wants to pay even ahead of time. Please change your ways in dealing with the process, people are hungry and just want to PAY :( :(

Here in philippines is to mutch paper work and signatures, 4 paying house tax you need 3 hours waiting and filling lots of unnessecairy papers, my goodness, 3e world country!!!!!

This place would be better if the government clears all obstructions (vehicles and peddlers ) within the area especially during pandemic so people can conform to social distancing. Main parking is also a concern - for people coming to do business here.

Very organized, clean and the people are helpful.
