Rotten service. Rotten people. Rotten managemet. You all suck!!!! If there is a negative option here for you to be rated Id do that!!!!! IVE WAITED 1 HR JUST TO BE ASSISTED WITH MY INFANTS PRESCRIPTION.. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!!! THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN BUT YESTERDAY WAS THE WORST!!!! 1 HR FOR GODS SAKE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ALL BURN IN HELL STUDPID PEOPLE ALWAYS CHATTING THATS WHY EVEN YOU ARE AROUND 8 TO 10 PEOPLE YOU CANNOT ASSIST ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY. SOME OF YOU WERE JUST SLACKING OFF SOME WERE CHATTING. WTF YOU DONT GET PAID FOR THAT. DO YOUR JOB STUPID PEOPLE OF MERCURY MANGGAHAN!!!! I CANNOT PUT INTO WORDS MY HATRED TO YOUR BRANCH!!!!

This place is always packed with people, particularly the pharmacy section. Even though they have a numbering system in place, it is still not effective. They should improve on how they manage their qeueing system. Maybe it would help if they ask other branches on how they handle theirs. Greenbelt branch, Gil Puyat(beside Tropical Hut) and the one in Alabang Town Center are just 3 of their branches which I patronize because their system is more organized. And it would also help if they take a closer look into their manpower complement. Surely they know at what particular time of the day does the volume of people increase, maybe they should add pharmacists during those times to better manage the lobby.
