Poor public service. always busy customer service hotline.not answering even email.even online reimbursement of account approval is taking so long..

Poor services 😞 I've never seen any service support like this one .only I here dasmariñas!

I had to wait in the line from 2 A.M. with no proper seat available until 8:30 A.M. for my less than 5 minutes transaction. SSS should do something about this. There are way too many members but being served this poorly.

Smooth processing. Expect to wait for hours due to long queue. Was directed to counter 6 for updating of records. Just inquire at the assistance desk for forms and requirements and they will give a number that will be called on your respective counter. Located within Central Mall, Dasmariñas, 2nd floor.
