I am very dissappointed! I called at 4pm to check if there is an available therapist for 4 persons and the guy told me none at the moment but there will be at 7pm. So i went there in person to sign up. The lady and the guy told me come back at 7pm.. We arrived 10mins before 7pm.. we waited.. 720pm i ask the guy Mr LIAM VALDEZ if the therapists are still not ready and he told me therapists are still with the clients.. i thought you said 7pm?. then he told me no sir 7 to 8pm written at the back of the paper i signed which was not there before... we left because 1. Nakakainis yong expression ng mukha nya na feeling ko kasalanan ko pa. 2. Wala syang pakialam kung naghintay ka ng matagal. 3. Ni sorry wala parang sya pang ang galit dahil sinabi daw nya 7 to 8pm.. 4. VERY UNAPPROACHABLE mga staff. Parang mga napipilitan lang magtrabaho. Definitely di na kami babalik dyan! And definitely i will not recommend your spa!

They have different price than the other banahaw branch which more expensive, they don’t follow the price in banahaw website if you want to compare. The masseur are not approachable and not friendly type of person so I won’t go back here for sure!
