VBM Animal Clinic

Our beloved dog died today and we don't know what really happened to him. It was a lack of explanation about the diagnosis and procedures. We were only given a spray, pain reliever, and antibiotics for the wounds. Also, their services are expensive, especially the one-night confinement. But the most painful part is them being unprofessional. There was no response when we were trying to call and message at 4-5 o'clock in the morning because of an emergency that our beloved dog is gasping for breath. We understand that it is still an ungodly hour for the call/message but it was urgent and we badly need HELP. And the worst part is, we did not receive even a single reply until now (as of this writing which is 12 hours had pass), even just to say "sorry for the loss". Such cold and lack of sympathy. Additional note: It's been two days and still no reply from them.

I brought here my puppy and paid for one day confinement for his fever and flu and the next day he was discharged. On the same day at night my puppy died. I don’t know what they did or what kind of medicines they gave to him to suffer like that. And I messaged them early morning until night but I never receives any reply from them. As for them, it's nothing.😡😡😡 so to all fur parents don't ever bring your pets here to this clinic.

They have been our furbabies' vet for almost 3 years and in those years we have not experienced them being cold, rather, they are very accommodating. Even on wee hours, when we have to call them to consult on something, they pick up the phone and would calmly advise us what to do and never fails to follow through. What we also like about them is they help remind us of our furbabies vaccination that would be due. For some they might see it as "ah kasi pera na yan eh!" Yes, pera for them but that is for the well-being of our furbabies and if vaccinations are all past due, it would cost more. What they are doing is both making sure our furbabies are safe, with updated vaccination, and helping us not incur more cost. 😉 We highly recommend them!

Expensive compare to other clinics within their tier. I kind of find the doctor cold... They could have been more friendly. Also, the staff and the doctor didn't explain the method and the payment frankly.

My doggo loved it. Doc is very calm and gives plenty of info to keep your pets healthy.
