Casa Del Rio Resort

so so.. not worth it for its price.. swimming pool was filthy.. and a lot of drinking and partying by the pool side. Room was average.

Maintenance and Customer Service is not that efficient.

We were not able to swim much because they accept day tours and the visitors were drinking and partying by the pool, which is not really pleasant if you want to relax. The other visitors who were also staying over night were allowed to smoke anywhere so there was not much place for us to stay. They also allowed visitors to party and swim until past midnight so we were not able to sleep given that the visitors were partying until 2AM. (The pool was supposed to be until 8PM only but we dont understand why they allowed those visitors to party and swim until 2AM.) The breakfast was not nice since it was cooked early, everything was cold, except the instant coffee. The people who welcomed us were really nice and polite. The place is okay and the people outside the resort were also nice. We had a good walk outside the resort and good night when other visitors were quiet. It allowed us to watch a movie outside near the mango tree.

Friendly and accomodating personnels plus a great place to escape urban life.

Very good but extension still to finish. Nice people. Good location.
