Firstly, the frappe that I've ordered has whipped cream and I've politely asked the staff to get it removed, he then turned his back towards me and started scolding softly looking so confused like he don't know that he can simply use a spoon to remove the whipped cream (I gave up and told him to pass me back instead). Next, the chocolate chip muffins that we bought, there's like mould-like substances which we then checked with him. Again, he cannot resolve the situation, no answers to the mould-like substances and doesn't offered to change it for us but instead only after we request for it to be changed (My friend got hers change, but I left mine untouched on their table. This whole experience irritates me because he portrayed a very frustrated attitude to his customers as a front of house. My entire trip in Boracay was amazing until I met with this kind of service attitude which left me speechless.
