I can only say that ACMH is trying to improve their services and facilities in order to cater the needs of their patients. There might be some instances wherein they lack something or can't provide what we expect them to provide. However, as of 2020 they offered wifi services in the hospital (just inquire in their admitting department); they also have hot and cold showers in their private rooms for comfort of the users. And foods prepared for patients admitted in Suite rooms are well prepared. It only shows that they are showing growth towards criticism.

It's a very expensive and very bad hospital with very bad doctors (I'm foreigner and even it's expensive for me, and I'm from Europe). The bills are not easy to understand coz they hide the real price of all. Run away from this hospital if you love your life. The rooms are like a pigsty. They left to die a filipino friend coz he was poor. I don't recommend this very bad hospital.

The staff isnt very helpful from the Records Dept. After I waited on the line for 5 mins and more, binabaaan ako ng phone. We were calling from Manila regarding sa isang patient na naka admit. We tried calling back, inangat ang phone and binaba na. We tried to call again, busy lune na which means, inangat xa from receiver to intentionally avoid a call. Tried calling Accounting team and the Guard, walang sumasagot. What are you guys? You are supposed to be a hospital, yet no one can get a hold of you! If there is an option to rate you 0, malamang yun na pinili ko! Aklan Hospital The Cooperative Mission part is missing, LITERALLY.
