Excellent and courteous staff who are always extremely helpful and who will go out of their way to provide the best service and travel arrangements for PALs customers. I once absentmindedly left an ID at their check-in counter...after a couple of months later, on a return visit, without me even asking about it, they returned it to me, having taken the trouble to set it aside and having kept an eye out on the off-chance I passed by again. Awesome people at this branch!

I am a US citizen living in the Philippines. I spent the better part of an hour attempting to purchase a 1-way-ticket from Manila to anywhere. The purpose of the ticket was to fulfill Philippines immigration requirements to re-enter the Philippines after leaving for a short vacation. With that being said I requested a refundable ticket. The ticket agent seemed to speak very good English and she was nice; however after providing her with my request she spent 20 minutes typing on her keyboard only to look at me and shrug. I asked her what the problem was and she said she could not provide me with a refundable ticket at the promo pricing. I told her I was willing to pay more for a non-promo ticket, as I would recoup more of my money versus buying a throw away ticket. To wrap this review up... apparently my request was too difficult or simply impossible for her to complete. Either way I walked out of there with no ticket an a waste of an hour of my life. I do not recommend bothering with this office in person. It is much easier to just book your tickets online and forget about dealing with live people.

The agents stationed here are the best I have ever encountered yet. They really make you feel PAL’s BPA (Buong Pusong Alaga) extending their support long after we have left the ticketing office. No matter how big or small the problem is, they take time to assist you until it is resolved!
