Recently purchased a car at Subic Toyota, one month later I was hit from behind, totally not my fault. The person who hit me claimed fault and financial responsibility in writing, police were involved. Went to Toyota and filed a claim with their in house insurance that was offered to me during time of sale. I’ve been told since May that parts are on the way, it is now October and still my brand new car has damage. It’s been nothing but stalling and vague answers. I was in the process of buying a second car there but at the last minute decided to go somewhere else due to this incident, absolutely no resolution for months and no sure answer to when they will satisfy this claim. What is the purpose of insurance? Why am I told this will be fixed but am given the run around. I have no trust whatsoever in this dealership. Buyer beware. My recommendation is to find another dealership. My situation has gone on above and beyond what would be deemed normal and understandable. Not only that, they are telling me the work will take 3 weeks, 3 weeks for a dent and a new bumper? I believe it’s time to hire an insurance lawyer. As I said, buyer beware. This has been a time wasting frustrating situation.

We went for an body repair estimate and was given the song/dance that no one is available and please wait. We waited over an hour and had to go pick up our daughter at school. I come back first thing in the morning, same thing the estimator is busy, please wait. One hour has gone by and I noticed the entire staff is reading a news paper or on their phones. I asked “what’s the delay, no one is doing anything?” Customer service: “Sir, he’s busy we will call when ready.” In a nutshell, the place is nice and has a comfy lounge. But, expect to waste your entire morning or afternoon to get anything done. I did an oil change a month back, dropped it off at 0900 and I was called to pick up at 1500. Six hours for a 30 min job.
