Because my husband bought medicine just this afternoon at the we care drug infront of olongapo municipal hall, while he was assisted by a girl who is your assistant / staff, I talked to another assistant / staff. Because my husband's transaction took quite a long time, he first turned away from the counter, so I just waited for the girl who assisted him. Because the girl did not know that I was the husband. He called my wife a little whispering "KALBO" I heard because we were just a little closer, so while I was talking to someone who assisted me I was surprised by what he said. So I told him. AKIN NA YAN, AMIN YAN. KALBO PALA AHH at the same time he just turned his back as if nothing had happened. My point is ... Is that how you get staff? Pharma assistant? Are you so rude to those you hire? He doesn't need to call my husband sir, at least my brother can. And she don't have a right to call my husband or someone like that. She is very rude. You are still rude and it looks like the customer service oriented person who assisted your drug store is not. I didn't get the name or I was able to lose to your Pharma assistant because my husband had high blood earlier so we bought medicine and parked our service. Can you please assist me to formally file a complain. May i have some contact # and contact person to resolve this issue?
