This is a great hospital. I’m so happy to see it open! Excellent doctors, great staff". I would definitely recommend this hospital to family and friends! It’s a beautiful hospital, very nice and clean. Well trained, polite and neatly dressed nurses. Please keep this up and continue the great job you guys are doing. The community needs this hospital.

Worst services and English from the front desk, the dirtiest hospital ever. Why are the receptionist always lousy? Even some of their doctors are rude, with a strong English accent, they are not all professional. If you have skin problems, you'd better go to other clinics or buy some ointment by yourself because they've always gave us the wrong prescriptions. But unfortunately, it's hard to find a professional hospital in Subic... So usually some of our workmates went to Manila to see a better doctor.

my doctor was always late, hospital corridors are very hot, many aircons are turned off, me and my wife are asthmatics so it is hard to wait for late doctors there. disappointing!

Baypointe Hospital is a young hospital with lots of potential. The location and professional expertise are world-class and staff congeniality and bedside manners are as expected impressive! It is a given that Filipino Doctors, Nurses and Therapists are the BEST when it comes to COMPASSIONATE care and delivery of treatment. Filipino administrative staff are internationally competitive and house keeping and security personnel are at par. However, as I have mentioned, it is still a young hospital with the potential for more improvement.

I like to say thank you to the Doctors and nurses that took care of my Ate last week. You give her very good care when she stay with there, she went in on Monday and discharged on Friday, thank you very much.
