Fast preparation of foods...good customer service. Better branch than other KFCs in Olongapo.

The best ever Fried Chicken and branch.

Asked the bus guy to clean the table. He used a dirty rag, forcing me to clean it again. Twice. Ordered the fully loaded meal with back Baconized Zinger. Received one piece of bacon with a bit of lettuce in the bun. No patty!!!! And recieved NO APOLOGY when they got it wrong. They did give me the right sandwich in the end though. Hope you do better next time. You're a franchise. You need to live up to standards! Plus, the poor bus boy was alone at lunch rush. 👎👎👎👎👎

Our kudos and most sincere thank you to PM/closing Staff. They voluntarily and decidedly assisted my husband to look for something very valuable & memorable for us that might have been accidentally thrown in the trash. Thank goodness for them they were able to retrieve our wedding ring from a can of trash. They cheered and were joyful! My husband offered them a small token as appreciation to a job well done but they refuse to accept. I thought I will never wear our wedding ring ever again. But with the support and assist of all those kindhearted staff, I have our wedding ring back and will be able to wear it again and again. We will forever remember you guys (you know who you are), especially every time we look at our wedding ring. We love you and from the bottom of our hearts - --- THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES!! -- Started our evening with an outing in mind at SM, but our car broke down on the 5th floor. So we decided to have our comfort feeding at KFC. Food is great as I remembered it to be!! Before leaving, my husband asked me to take off the ring since we'll be riding a trike home. So I took it off and gave it to him for safe keeping. When we got home, the ring was no where to be found. So he went back to KFC. And …. you know the rest of the story. Joey & Ela C
