For adults only place. Kids can play non-contact sports but can't get in here to buy sports clothes. Who thought of that?

I went there with my family last Sunday to buy some stuff from Adidas. My brother bough Crazy BWY shoes in Size 9 only to find out that they gave us two right sides of the pair. This was the first thing they did wrong. We called them to exchange the side for the right pair of shoes. When we called, my mother talked to a very rude girl named Eunice Palmea Gonzales who even had the guts to ask my mom why she was in such a bad mood when clearly my mom was just worried. This girl clearly didn't want to listen to my mom and told her to get a refund. She also told my mom that in the case we were going to exchange the side for the correct pair, we would have to send them the wrong pair first before they give us the right one- according to get this was company policy. We were willing to have the shoe delivered via other courier servicessuch as Mr. Speedy or Lalamove but she insisted that it had to be Grab. When the Grab driver was there, she wouldn't stop getting mad at us and bothering us. That wasn't it yet. We have tried coordinating with the store manager who hasn't updated us. We also haven't received an apology from Eunice. We wouldn't recommend this one. 1 STAR.

My mother bought me and my sister some stuff, I got a size nine crazy byw, when I got home, I saw that the shoes were both right sides, two of the same side!!!

Bought 2 pairs, lower price than malls, but hoping still for lower price so that could boost more buyers activity. But still have some best shoes to offer!
