The staffs are so friendly. The food is okay, nothing soecial about it. The room was clean enough though it can still use some improvement here and there. The pool is big and is nice to swim in if you want to do laps for exercise. The deal breaker here is the location of the room. It is behind their event stage where people can do videoke. To make matter worse (or better if you're doing the singing) their videoke is well setup, nice speakers and subs with a big flat screen tv. The sound reverberates inside the your room, and i kid you not you not when I say that you can see your glass of water do that jurassic park thing. I think the best way to enjoy this resort is if you are the only guest in it.
