Very long lines with very very slow tellers. I'd finish one full length movie before my que. Sure bpi has paperless, computerized transactions replacing deposit/withdrawal/payment slips but the tellers and transaction time will take you back to the stone age. I don't know why other banks can do it 3x faster with the same volume of bankers.
