Kung may Zero, zero sana. Their Infographic shows that opening an account is as easy as 123. I was there around 12 noon, and I waited til almost 3pm and only half of us has been called. Very poor. As in super poor service. Di na yata nila need ng new accountholders kaya di na sila ganun ka accomodating. Absolutely waste of time!

There's no option for 0 star, other customers are right who gave 1 star, useless to talk to tellers, simple instructions can't be picked up, frustrating!

if there is zero ... that's it ... kayalang wala ... i would like to have an account for my son ... so i'll just look for someone else ... who can't quit being my call center agent ... the ugly behavior of the teller you ... what that employee is telling you is down ... no longer ...

Super service duration. I waited for almost 4 hours and nothing was lost. They should improve their service. Many people waste time on their system.

3 weeks of the machine's defective machine. Then with P50 charge over the counter because interbranch, c'mon! You are paying for the money we want to pay for that transaction. super ripped off. Picture below 3 weeks apart.
