After being deliberately denied by another hospital, I was happy that Skyline accepted and helped my mother in recovering from pneumonia. They wete accomodating and clear in explaining policies and procedures. Thank you very much Skyline. They convinced me to change my hospital of choice.

They used to have a good process.. it has gotten worst specially for their out-patient department. Needs improvement.

It is near and accessible and just along Quirino highway. A new 7/11 store in front of it made it more convenient though the medical center have an in house resto/canteen at least the store outside helped, the only lacking is a nearby pharmacy /drugstore if you need something that is not available in their in-house pharmacy.

My friend’s son was rushed in Skyline Hospital earlier today (July 12, 2020) due to stomach pain and was then concluded appendicitis. They were advised of a CT Scan to confirm the case. The initial CT Scan price was P7500 and was then increased to P30,000! Why? I don't know much on how the hospital operates on billing "clients" but one thing is clear to me that we have a very poor healthcare system in our country. This is a private hospital and we are all aware how expensive it will be being hospitalize if you choose this type of care. Skyline Hospital, try to be very careful on dealing with your clients because not all will be in their good judgment if a family member is in pain. Talking about P50,000 doctor's fee will surely not help the person in need when obviously the fee can be lower than P50,000. Aside from the doctor's fee there are all other charges or fees, so be sensitive enough on how you deliver those information. A very bad experience from this hospital.

My mom was admitted here due to severe abdominal pain. The doctors who attended my mom's medical needs were very professional and I commend them for bringing my mom to her healthy state again. However, I seriously cannot recommend this hospital due to the obvious lack of knowledge and most importantly professionalism of most nurses and staff who were assigned during our stay. My mom was mostly resting the entire time she stayed here due to the pain she suffered before she was admitted. But some staff especially those assigned to make the room clean go inside in group doing their routine and were just simply noisy. They were talking about their day in unmodulated voices and don't care much if a patient is sleeping or resting. Next are the nurses. While some show respect and patience, there are still who lack any empathy and professionallism. For instance, in our second day, there's this nurse named Noelyn who acted like she had the right to raise her voice, responded unprofessionally and showed zero empathy toward our request to be discharged asap. I would understand if she had no control over the slow billing process but her unprofessional acts did not resolve anything but just added insult to the situation she clearly did not understand. Most nurses on that day also promised to call our attention if any update is up but none of these nurses called or came. So I ended up doing everything from getting the forms my mom had to fill up, up to the point where I had to personally get the bill from billing because no one cared to call our attention that it was already ready for payment. I also noticed a raise of eyebrows from a different staff right after attending a complainant about a different situation. There was also a sign of disorganization. A batch of nurses came to our room to give and inject medications to my mom right after some nurses removed everything on her and prepared her for discharge. We were surprised including the nurses that they no longer had to do anything. My mom was already admitted in other hospitals, but we never experienced paying so much just for medicines and consumables for a single night. Overall, I still had to thank this hospital for giving my mom the relief she deserved. But never would I leave my mom's care to these ungrateful nurses' and staffs' hands ever again.
