Master Siomai (Starmall Daypian)

I am so sorry to say.... I am a regular customer of Master Siomai here at Starmall SJDM Bulacan..... But only tonight at around 7:30 pm, i experienced to order a pork and shrimps siomai, I was so surprised the taste was such so different compared to others days.... I was so disappointed so i caught the attention of the crew counter by the name of Mr Dennis Rodriguez, he was a little arrogant and would not like to listen about my concerns... My concern and with my daughter, was the taste seems so different, same with the student who was also buying siomai, i asked them also please taste the siomai.....and according to them , which i tasted also seems there was something wrong in the taste, which we cannot explained then, " seems : Maanta taste , wrapper was not fresh or the chile sauce was not new .... so different taste......but Mr. Rodriguez, so hesitant to listen to my concerns..... actually, I dont demand to replace it, i actually, left the 3 1/2 pcs of pork and schrimps there at the counter....without asking any replacement or whatever.......my concerns now please, can you please do me a favor please, can you train your crew , to be never arrogant and be polite to handle situations like we experienced tonight ,March 13, 2018..... I hope you can do something about this.... thank you so much.....
