If there is a ZERO STAR rating then that is the best rate for Puregold Starmall SJDM. Another negative experience. Fix your PRIORITY LANE that is located on the Starmall entrance/exit area, have a clear guidance on when it can be used by non-priority customers. I will not fall in line in the priority lane if I did not see a “non-priority lane” customer who was assisted long before me. Also, the priority lane queue was long during that time, around 5 PM - 6:30 PM, November 6, 2020. Please validate if the claiming priority customer followed the CORRECT line before you assist them because that CREATURE should be at the end of the queue. To the “bagger” who educated me about the priority lane, I appreciate your courtesy but it will be better if you do it effectively by checking the customer after me, not just the CREATURE before me, on how long they have waited to ensure that you are assisting the right customer who patiently waited to be assisted because that CREATURE you assisted just suddenly popped in front of me. To the “cashier” who didn’t consider the time I spent waiting on the queue, thank you for your extremely poor customer service. You had understood that I am not aware of the updated policy on using the priority lane like how it was used during the lockdown and you still asked me to leave your counter. I learned that you can still assist me but you chose not to. So far, I have never experienced this drama with SM Supermarket SJDM. If only it is still accessible then SM Supermarket is still a better choice.
