The staff wasn't accommodating. Was a bit rude with their response to my mom when they were asked what time will be the next available slot. They asked us to leave and come back at a specified time--which was inconvenient actually. We did leave, and came back on time, only to find out that we still needed to wait 30 minutes more for our turn. Not only did they not commit to the time they gave themselves, but they were really so impatient with my mom's inquiries.
