Door lock on bathroom not working. Kettle is dusty and obvious that it wasn't cleaned for a long time. Water dispenser barely working. The outside facilities look well maintained.

its good enough for large crowds and cheap for a place to have fun and get wet.

legata Familia Resort is a good place for summer outing. It has 1 adult pool, 2 kiddie pool and a private pool. For a 200 pesos entrance for adult and 150 pesos for kids it's a very affordable.

Nice place. Lot of space. Good for family reunion and company outings

Just OK. There are only two pools, in which one has slides for kids. The place is small, and there are more or less 10 cottages. Entrance fee is just average, enough to limit the crowd. The restroom is just fine. Just an average resort.
