Not all shell stations offer all services like change oil. Only few stations. Namely: 1. Shell Basak ( near USJR) 2. Shell Bulacao (near Atlantic) 3. Shell Lawaan (this one) Service is good and fast. Maybe depende sa time. Usually sa Shell -Basak ako nagpapa change oil but due to heavy traffic dahil sa riad construction malapit sa shopwise that's why I found this place. They are helpful andaccomodating. Look for Justin.
