Bad and sad experience they've put me through a lot bago makapag online bank. The rep that I had talked to said that within 24 hours it will be approve so check ckeck nalang po, that was a good news for me. But then after 24 hours nothing happened it's still not approve, the next day I called the bank again and let me send screenshot of my profile and I don't know what will happen next. It's very tiring specialy reps are not that accomodating maybe they have a lot of work goin on but still they're customer service. Sayang pa sa load trying to go through them. FYI I don't know yet the status of my suppose online banking... I hope you can do something about it.... Thankyou.
