Wifi? ✔️ Socket? ✔️ Cozy place? ✔️ Good food? ✔️ Accommodating employees? ✔️ Great ambiance? ✔️ And to top it all, affordable price? ✔️✔️✔️ (Seriously, this is probably the cheapest cafe in Tacloban. But still the food tastes great!) The place is great for hang outs and study out sessions. Also, it's open from 9AM to 9PM. Not sure though if it's open on Sundays. PS. They are only few tables so you better get there early.

Small and cosy place, most suitable for casual meet-ups or study sessions. Charito's is almost always empty with the exception of the odd one or two other people so it's very peaceful. The ambience is very relaxing as well and lighting is never too bright or dark. The food and beverages are cheap but still delicious. However the menu is limited. My favourites are their pastas (only P80-85!, would recommend the Baked Spaghetti), Pork Spareribs (P170), and Frappes (P140-145, would recommend the Mocha and the Oreo n Cream Frappes) which are very instagrammable! Their Mango Shake (P85) is also very good 🙂 The staff is polite and the service is very quick. But I have caught the cashier on his phone once or twice which isn't very professional. There is free wifi available and three sockets at the tables near the door and four near the counter. They also have a toilet you can use. There are only 3 parking spaces available at the front of the store and isn't usually filled.

Love the baked spaghetti. And very good ambiance as well.
