The check out counters are very long simply because management felt it was a good idea to put other check out counters on idle. I ended up not going ahead with my purchase.

Thankyou for taking appropriate actions on my previous review, i went back to robinsons and the fitting rooms were already clean. Plus points, my lost item was returned back to me. The robinsons dept store staff named Jerome deposited my lost item and i was able to claim it back. Thank you so much kuya. 👍😊 (Limited items to choose from at the department store. The fitting room at 2nd floor womens section near wrangler is a bit dirty. The utility must also check and clean the fitting rooms for a better shopping experience.)
