As a Christian customer of the far east hardware located at Avenida Rizal, on December 30, 2017, I visited this hardware store, I notice they treated their customer nicely and with respect, During that time, both I and my dad were buying hardware materials, but separately, I noticed they all called him doctor. However, the materials I ordered needed to get here at this location, which was their warehouse. My dad asked my receipt or claim stub to help me claim the items I ordered as I was driving the vehicle. The person from the warehouse who assisted the order got a cigarette while calling their customer, treating the customer not with respect but like a child or someone younger than him, compared to their store at avenida rizal or I hope this store does not discriminate, such as if you are not a doctor or do not have professional profession with a title they will call you what ever they want, and in this case like a child or younger than them or else it is a very bad service since they are doing business, because what I have known some of those big companies even their customer is younger or old, rich or poor, with title or without title, they treat them equally, nicely and with respect, calling them sir or ma'am or their own name, especially it was written on the receipt or claim stub, and even they are just a passerby, for everyone is a potential customer if you are doing business. I hope this man was not a claimed Christian, or else this man was destroying our reputation as followers of Christ because the truth he is an instrument of the devil, being a bad example to others.
