Where are our Cash Assistance from DOLE? Why are they not released to us yet when you already have the money? Making a profit out of it? You can't make us check it from time to time because there's Covid out there just waiting to happen!

I waited from 6:20-7:04 PM only to find out that they cant accept XPIN as of that moment (how I wish I was informed upon giving the filled-out form). So I was advised to transfer to the nearby branch just across the street. Upon getting in the second branch, I was told that they just closed at 7:00PM (damn, I was too close). It was a bad night. I badly needed the money that night, by the way.
