Eastern Veterinarian Dog and Cat Clinic

Dr Joedhel and Dra Nikki are two of the best vets in the city and probably in the region. We have no complaint about their professionalism and how they handle our pets. However, their staff are too abnoxious, rude and snubby. Every time we go to the clinic, they never get along with the customers. If not for the top quality services the vets provide, we wouldn't even bother going there. Yes. That is how bad the staff are.

Receptionists were not very helpful. Not friendly nor knowledgeable about the rates of the services. Dr. Ty, meanwhile, was very accomodating.
