BPI Imus Anabu II Branch

Parking space is very limited. Transaction speed is acceptable takes around 2 hours opening an account. Sidewalk parking causes traffic in the most busiest time.

So slow service took 3 hours of standing outside on a rainy day to open an account

Don't even attempt to transact at this branch. It's like dealing with a different bank since BPI is usually the gold standard when it comes to bank customer service.

I arrived at this branch today at around 9:51am to open account. Inside the guard give me no. A-02 at 10am the CSR called the no. A-01 at point blank i understand the client is a pwd thus needs guardian then after more than 10minutes I saw the client went out and guardian remained seated. It takes time b4 client returns and CSR proceed serving. I have no issue of waiting however isn't it better if the CSR exert efforts to distribute opening account form and filled by the waiting client so he can immediately encode the client information in system at their turns... it's a customer values that attracts customers. At 12:02 I left un-serve thinking if I wait further might not finish till the branch close at 4pm...

I called the office and spoke with Joan. She's not even answering my queries and in a hurry to put the phone down. Very bad CS. Not everybody knows the banking system and she's not helpful at all.
