La manok is located in between Carnaza Island and Masbate. But La Manok is still a part of Daan Bantayan Cebu. 30mins ride from Carnaza and 2hrs from Daan Bantayan. It is one of the best island in Cebu. Sandbar is mostly composed of big pebbles and crushed corals. Some of our companion that was been here before told us that the sand is mostly covered with seawater but now they are so amazed how the sand are all exposed and formed some bumps. Nobody lives on this island but some fishermen build some temporary shelter here if ever they planned to catch some fish for a week. You can rent boats if ever you are planning to get here. Bring your own water and food as well.
