Puraran Surf Beach is facing straight the Pacific Ocean. The beach has creamy golden sand, clear waves, and colorful coral reefs. It’s astounding long barrel-type surf is best for both the genuine and the novice surfers. Surfing Classes are offered by the individuals from the local surfing association that incorporates the utilization of surfboards. Waves are bigger from september to october. Surf’s up!

It's a beautiful beach nestled in the corners of Baras. Only one family owns the three resorts here. It's a chill beach but be wary of the strong currents. Some areas are off limits

Puraran Beach in Catanduanes is an excellent surf beach with spectacular views. The beach is best suited for watersports and some of the nearby places rent surfboards, kite surfing equipment and paddle boards. Some of the rental places also provide qualified instructors. Care should be exercised, as the coral can be sharp!

The beach is beautiful. It is good for surfing. It is just there is an event when we went there. The chubby morena lady in the entrance is rude to us. We are paying 20pesos for the entrance , she said the fee is 500per person. I said that we are not buying the beach and we are not interested on what their event was. We just want to stroll in the beach for 10minutes to take pictures to promote the beach to our friends in Manila. Just don't go there when there is show or concert because the event organizer run the show. They will charge you even you will not go to the concert.
