I've been a good customer of ML for quite long now. But they don't care. No one will help you. I'm looking for an explanation why my transaction from BPI to Cash wasn't yet available. 2 days has elapsed already. He has no problem back when I don't have option aside from Palawan. My mother seems to be a relay, because they do not want to talk to me on the phone, they do not give their name to my mother, not even a chance to talk to a supervisor. They insisted that Reference is 16 dgts, my god, it shld be 13 dgts unless they do not know how to process bpi to cash. I emailed and escalated the issue to bpi, and I hope they will not have a hard time with ML, because even in customer service, the phone will drop you off, and in the email, speak very directly, you will not be given a complete answer, nor empathy. After this, I will never use this remittance again! I'll scrap my card for them, because it warms my head.
