Bacacay, Albay remains to be my most beloved place in Bicol. ⭐

Small port that services boats going to different parts of Cagraray Island such as Napao, Santicon, etc. There is a view of Mayon Volcano. Bigger ferries unload "carbon" here so there is a smell at times. Very spartan. There is a waiting area but very basic and the restroom is stinky. You have to pay to be able to use it.
