Poor customer service. I brought my car to have its central lock system changed. The commitment was it would take them 1-3 hours to fix it. The technician by the name of Vin kept leaving my car to attend to new clients. I was very patient when I approached him to ask if 1pm (which would be my 4th hour in the shop) was doable. After Vin confirmed the 1pm release, I left the shop. By 3pm, no word from Marsan 3 so I chased them but my calls were unaswered. After an hour, I received an sms asking me to go back to the shop. My car was still unfixed and Vin just told me he had to change all wirings. It was not my first time to have cars fixed so basically, I am very much aware of the ins and outs of car repairs and 8 hours is unbelievably long for a central lock system change. Worse, staff does not keep clients updated as to what's happening to the car. Very irritated and disappointed with Marsan 3's service. I sure hope the staff is able to install my lock properly as I don't intend to go back and dread dealing with them.
