Greeted by an unaccomodating and always frowning front desk named meryl. Talked over the phone to inquire in advance but was completely ignored and denied service.

I inquired and talked to different people. Lahat maayos kausap and if they say na mag eemail sila. They will. They are Very accomodating. I had 3 trips with them in the past na din at maayos naman. More power to the company.
