I like the place because it offers a good selection of the sort of art materials I need (watercolor stuff) at good prices. The staff are also attentive. About the only thing that could be better is the consistency of opening. It used to be an iffy thing to expect the place to be open at its stated operating hours. If they could work on that, well that would be swell. Oh, one other thing. Artwhale is in the basement parking of a building that's mostly occupied by small restaurants. Unless you know what you are looking for and where to look, it would be easy to miss the place.

Quality service, i asked them to draw on the box of the package i ordered, and they did. That's quality service right there 10/10 would recommend

i like the range of products... however the person who assisted me does not know the pricer by heart which required her to check her pc all the time for every inquiry.
