We visited twice the Victory Liner Terminal in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines, for personal booking of a Baguio City trip we planned & took during a long vacation in the Philippines 2015. They had a direct bus trip from Quezon City to Baguio City. Booking of seat preference is recommended.The bus terminal first class waiting room had AC. There was separate clean toilets for men & women. The first class bus had AC & was comfortable. Friendly, respectful & professional personel. Usually crowded due to great volume of passengers. Best to come at least 1 hour before scheduled bus departure. Highly recommendable.

Do you know why you don't get high rate? Hindi kasi maayos trabaho nyo. Putang ina. You have rules. You follow it. And follow your bosses too. You are ruining someone's schedule

Hi dear guys... please try to educate some of your staff.. Today april 17, 2019 i was my first time to use victory terminal here in cubao so i went at your ticketing area to get tickect going urdaneta city pangasinan but before ive reach your ticketing area the lady guard asked me (ah sir saan punta nyo?) I said urdaneta city pangasinan and she said again (ah sir hanapin nyo nalang po tong pila nang ALAMINOS sa banda ron at doon po kau pipila) so i went looking for alaminos lanes and asking some of your customer services and they guided me to the alaminos lanes..i was long and hot lane but its fine no issues about this things..how many hours later the bus arrived, i felt so happy and exicited..but the driver asked again where i am goin and i said urdaneta and he said (ay sir ndi po dito and pila nyo sir)so thats the time i started to be mad and trying to find the rigth one i can talk and complaine becuase some of your services and communications problems..i tried to find the head or manager of this branch telling the situation wat happen to me and he was a rude,unfriendly and shouting and telling to me (ah sir wala na ho tayong magagawang paraan dyan at pag pasensyahan nyo nalang ho yong taong nasabi sainyo nang maling impormassyon.)his first name was ALEX that was he said to me..till i tried to ask him maybe there is some options because ive waited more than enough..pls try to educate and teach manners some of your staff..

High passenger volume, best to book your bus rides ahead of time. The comfort rooms are clean but it can do so more with some improvements. There are passenger seating areas and could use some few more extra seats. Glad that they don't allow people to sleep in lined up (multiple) seats for others to use them.
