Maayos naman ang guards, especially sa gabi. Inuuna ang seniors, pregnant and pwd. Then follow the queue na lang. Need to improve yung entrance, waiting area, restroom, and overall cleanliness.

If you're in the area and you're heading south of Manila, particularly down to Laguna, this is THE terminal simply because you don't have any other choice. The other bus company (at the moment) has to shuttle you to their bigger terminal in Aurora Blvd.

Approximate waiting is either at 2 mins OR 30 minutes... The transportation should have an interval of 5 minutes to allow a steady flow of passengers
