BMW - Eton Centris

A pretty big 3 story BMW showroom with quite a variety of cars on display. Location also good, as it has a pretty good vacant road space behind it, for a comfortable test drive. The Sales person, Marge, is pretty good in product knowledge & for what she doesn't have answers, she gets back with the same very quickly without fail everytime. The VP & President of the Showroom (Autoalle BMW) took the time to meet me personally, even though they didn't need to. So overall a good, educated, personal touch feel to my visit & so did not mind the fact that it 11kms away from my residence. I especially like the fact that they make efforts to incorporate your requirements or preferences as much as they rationally can

Service supervisor was very accomodating. Considering you have a BMW, be ready for expenses every trip

Great place, but with confusing entrance

I was disappointed at how long it it took to do a simple diagnostic, even with an appointment.

Friendly staff
