Receiving was quick i give it 5 stars Actual PMS was fast, 4 stars for that Releasing was frustrating, i Waited1.5 hours for the person processing the release to arrive from who knows where and another half an hour to process release. Releasing took away all the stars and i gave. If there was a negative rating they'd get it. Good news is, there's plenty of room for improvement. I hope you guys from isuzu q. Ave. can read this.
