Apartment 8 Clothing Design House

The company is clearly up for money. I ordered 2 packs of care masks last April 21, they said it’ll be delivered in 3-4 weeks. But after 6 weeks and 3 days of waiting ( without any updates from them, no response to my follow up emails) the masks came but didn’t meet the size specifications that’s written on their website. It’s so much smaller, and the sizing isn’t consistent too! I am a nurse and I know how important masks are especially during this pandemic, but sadly, this company is not meeting the standards that they set for themselves, plus getting more and more orders and not keeping up with the timeframe they set. Such a disappointment! What if those people that ordered from them are just relying on Apartment 8’s timeframe and don’t have masks to protect themselves during the pandemic? Then the masks will come in a much smaller size than what is expected? Don’t put people’s safety in jeopardy. If you still want to keep getting orders, please keep up with the standards/ size specifications you set. I am writing not to put them down, but to warn people. This wasn’t a pleasant experience for me, but it shouldn’t be like this especially during the pandemic when masks are a necessity! You don’t need a branded mask, you need something to protect you, don’t waste your time and money on this brand of mask. Get a mask that you can use asap!

The dresses are nice but the person handling viber inquiries is terrible. TERRIBLE. I’m a returning customer and have purchased something 2 years ago, the person I talked to then in viber had ZERO customer service. Kung makasagot mas malamig pa sa ilong ng pusa. Fast forward to now, was hopeful things have changed but lo and behold, I’ve been given the same attitude. I’m done. Will not be purchasing anymore. Di utang na loob ng customers nio ang bumili sa inio so don’t make them feel like that’s the case.
