Mercury Drug Robinsons Magnolia

Each visit is as frustrating as the last. Would never return to this store again. Service is super slow even without the queue. To process my payment alone it took more than 15 minutes. I was only there to buy OTC medication however so called pharamists/assistants gave me prescription drugs and insisted I produce a prescription even though I showed them the text from my doctor saying to get the OTC stuff. This oversight caused a huge misunderstanding and was a total waste of my time. Funny I asked them if this would matter had I paid via cash or credit card instead of my company issued suki card and they said they would've let this slide 🧐 Staff here need to be alert and sharper.

This branch is the worst when it comes to customer service, it took me more than 30.mins for one transaction. Slow and poor service compared to other branch i visited.Rude sales representative and Manager as well😡

I might have rated this store 5 stars but i’ve been mistreated by the guard gonzaga. His misbehavior should not be tolerated by the management because it will reflect on the total performance of the store. Gonzaga should show respect to customers at all times.

Discorganized and very unpleasant experience with pharmacy assistants. This branch has no value. It's still hot. Good thing there are Watsons already.
