If you're looking for a pleasant workout, there are other better gyms along the area. The trainers are nice but they don't watch for form. I didn't even tell them I'm a trainer from Australia! And their MMA is horrid. It's not family safe. Sorry peepz, but it was a nice visit to my home town, except for this "gym". Try going to 360 Fitness, or fight factory if you want the real deal!
