I love the community vibe. Very friendly and supportive staff and members. They really try to get to know each other in and out of the studio by connecting with each other on social media. From being welcomed by the staff to the trainers adjusting your positioning, etc every experience is very personalized despite it being a group class studio. More importantly, the workout is worth every ache and pain. I always leave the studio feeling like I have accomplished something good for myself. If you’re one to feel easily intimidated being in a group class like me, this is the place to start. I have moved to the US now and I miss this studio and the people here very much.
